WHAT DOES A HEALTH COACH DO?


I help people learn to enjoy living healthy lifestyles with flexibility and fun. Many times that means re-shaping their relationship with food. No one diet or type of exercise works best for everyone so I help people explore and find what works best for them. I help clients find the food and lifestyle choices that best support them by helping them make gradual, lifelong changes to reach current and future health goals. Clients come to me for help losing weight, planning weekly meals and exercise, as well as revamping their diets after receiving a specific diagnosis (ex. gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, pre-diabetes, hypertension, chronic yeast, rosacea, psoriasis, hypothyroidism, autoimmune disorder). I help clients with goal setting, planning, craving control, motivation, nutritional eating, exercise programming, grocery store shopping, cooking, and restaurant menu navigation, all in the context of their specific needs. My goal is to help as many people as I can to enjoy living a healthy lifestyle!
